Effective Management of Difficult Customers

Serving our customers with love is integral to SuperSteam’s values.

In order to build rewarding relationships with our customers, our team enrolled in a 2-part Effective Management of Difficult Customers training course. 

Held on the 17th and 24th of March 2018, Team SuperSteam practiced service skills through role playing and presentations to create better brand loyalty and solve difficult issues for our customers!
