SuperSteam Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (SuperSteam) will replace (at SuperSteam’s option, with new or reconditioned components), free of charge from the date of purchase, for only Manufacturer’s defects for the items during the warranty period stated above.
This warranty specifically excludes accessories (e.g. extension tubes, nozzles, pad holders, etc), consumables (e.g. filters, brushes, squeegees, etc) and complimentary items (e.g. aromatherapy bottles, etc). Damage or malfunction caused by user negligence, fair wear and tear (e.g. o-rings, wheels, drum, belts, gears, pumps, corroded motors, carbon brushes, shorted circuit boards, tubes, hoses, etc), abuse (e.g. chemical in boiler, damaged covers, etc), intentional damages, accidents and disasters, unauthorised repairs or modifications, or use not in accordance with the User’s guide, is not covered.
On-site service (within warranty period) means that SuperSteam personnel will visit your premise within mainland Singapore without charge during office hours on weekdays (excluding public holidays). Repairs will be carried out either on-site or at SuperSteam’s workshop.
However, fees (e.g. service, transport and parts) are chargeable, if faults are not due to manufacturer’s defects and/or falls under the above exclusion clauses, as determined by our SuperSteam personnel. SuperSteam is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature associated with the use of the above items. SuperSteam’s liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.
This warranty shall be interpreted according to and bound by Singaporean law and all disputes are to be resolved via mediation (under the Small Case Commercial Mediation Scheme at the Singapore Mediation Centre).
